- Natalie 'Tally' Nourigat is a sequential artist living in Portland, Oregon. She is a member of Periscope Studio, the creator of Between Gears (Image Comics) and Over the Surface, and the illustrator of A Boy and a Girl (Oni Press) and Wrapped Up in You (Graphic Universe).
Even though I have no kinds of paternal/maternal instincts (besides a recently adopted cat), panel 4 up there (the two of you) is probably my favourite panel of yours from this year.
